Carolina Serna is a costume designer who, over the course of more than a decade, has transformed narratives into wardrobes across feature films, television series, music videos, and advertising — in Latin America, Europe, and the United States.
Her filmography spans a wide range of storytelling languages. She designed the costumes for The Luckiest Man in America (USA, 2025, dir. Samir Oliveros), earned a Macondo Award nomination for Best Costume Designer for Pasos de Héroe, and brought her vision to Juanes' Latin Grammy-winning music video Pa'Dentro. Her work has placed her alongside global icons — J Balvin, Maluma, Anitta — and inside Netflix productions such as the series Narcos and the film Crime Diaries: The Celebrity Stylist. She has trained under the mentorship of two of the most respected names in international film costume design — Academy Award-nominated Bina Daigeler and Emmy-winning Suttirat Anne Larlarb — absorbing the rigor of world-class production without ever losing her own unmistakable point of view.
